Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

SIA Enliven is committed to ensuring that ENLIVEN AI is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and continuously improve the accessibility of our platform.

Accessibility Features

  • Color Contrast: Text and interactive elements maintain a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard with visible focus indicators.
  • Screen Reader Support: Content is structured with semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and meaningful alt text for images.
  • Reduced Motion: We respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting. Users who prefer reduced motion will not see animations or transitions.
  • Resizable Text: Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
  • Touch Targets: All interactive elements have a minimum touch target size of 44x44 pixels.
  • Focus Management: Focus is managed appropriately during navigation and modal interactions.
  • Clinical Mode: A light theme ("Clinical View") is available for users who prefer or need light backgrounds for readability.
  • Tabular Numbers: All numerical displays use tabular lining figures for improved readability and alignment.

Known Limitations

We are actively working to address the following known accessibility limitations:

  • ML Vision Camera Features: The real-time exercise form analysis feature relies on visual camera input and may not be fully accessible to users with visual impairments. Audio cues are provided as an alternative feedback mechanism.
  • Exercise Videos: Not all exercise demonstration videos currently include audio descriptions or closed captions. We are working to add these progressively.
  • Complex Data Visualizations: Some charts and progress graphs may have limited screen reader support. Text alternatives are being developed.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Some features that rely on third-party services (wearable device connections, payment processing) may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control.

Feedback & Reporting

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of ENLIVEN AI. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.

Conformance Status

ENLIVEN AI is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard, as noted in the limitations section above. We are committed to achieving full conformance over time.

Assessment & Testing

Accessibility is assessed through a combination of automated testing tools, manual keyboard and screen reader testing, and user feedback. We conduct accessibility reviews as part of our development process for all new features.
