Our library contains 2,102+ exercises, each with up to 107 data points including muscle activation, difficulty levels, equipment requirements, and detailed form instructions. We also offer 22 structured training programs.

Readiness ranges from 1 (complete rest) to 10 (maximum performance). Each level adjusts workout volume and intensity proportionally. For example, Level 5 gives you 70% volume and 70% intensity, while Level 8 gives 90% volume and 85% intensity.

ML Vision uses your device camera to analyze exercise form in real-time using pose estimation (17–33 keypoints). It counts reps automatically with 95%+ accuracy, provides audio cues for form correction, and shows ghost overlays of ideal form.
